What are your store hours?

Hours vary by location. Some stores stay open until midnight. We recommend checking Google Maps or the official app for updated hours.

What kind of food do you offer?

We serve fresh juices, smoothies, empanadas, wraps, sandwiches, quesadillas, patacones, salads, and Dominican-style dishes like mofongo and yaroa—always made to order with fresh ingredients.

Are your empanadas popular?

Yes, customers love their homemade and authentic flavor. Beef, chicken, and cheese are especially popular.

Do you offer authentic Dominican dishes?

Yes. We serve mofongo, tostones, pernil, chimis, and more with true Dominican flair.

What type of dietary accommodations do you offer?

We offer smoothies and juices that are dairy-free and can be made without added sugar. We also have vegetarian and vegan options, and we’re happy to adjust orders to fit gluten-free or other dietary needs. Let us know if you have allergies or specific requests—we’re here to help.

Do you have kid-friendly options?

We don’t have a dedicated kids menu, but many of our items are great for children, like juices, empanadas, and sides like tostones or fries.

Can I customize my smoothie or juice?

Absolutely. Choose your base, fruits, and extras like oats or ginger. We also offer suggested blends on our menu.

How can I save my favorite orders in the app?

You can mark any product as a favorite for easy reordering. The app also automatically saves personalized combinations like your custom smoothie.

📦 ORDERING & DELIVERY

How can I place an order?

You can order in-store, through our self-serve kiosks, via our app or website, or through delivery platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver through Appfront, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. Availability may vary by location.

Does the food arrive fresh when delivered?

Yes. We use packaging designed to preserve freshness. Most reviews highlight quick deliveries and high-quality products.

What if my order is missing or incorrect?

If your order arrives incomplete or has an issue, contact us by phone or through the app. We’ll review the case and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

Can I schedule a pickup order for later?

Yes. The app allows you to select a future time so your order is ready when you arrive.

🎁 REWARDS & PROMOTIONS

How does the rewards program work?

Every purchase through the app earns points you can redeem for smoothies, meals, and exclusive perks.

What if I didn’t receive my points?

Send your receipt and account info to support via the app. We’ll review and apply your points if eligible.

Do you run special promotions?

Yes. We offer campaigns like BOGO and Summer Deals. Follow us on social media or check the app for current offers.

Can I earn points through Uber Eats or Grubhub?

No. Points are only earned on orders placed through our official app or website.

Can I combine multiple offers or promotions?

No. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and must be used individually.

What if I forgot to use my account during a purchase?

Send us your receipt within 7 days, and we’ll manually review and apply the points to your account if applicable.

Do reward points expire?

Points remain active as long as your account is active. If no purchases are made for 12 months, your points may reset.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn or use?

There is no limit to how many points you can earn. Some promotions may have specific redemption conditions.

Is it safe to pay through the app?

Yes. Our app uses advanced encryption technology to keep your payment and personal information secure.

Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes. These options are available in the app and at participating store locations.

What should I do if I experience a technical issue with the app?

Try logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact us at soporte@tjb.com with a description of the problem and a screenshot.
